Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, but unfortunately, my room had no window and was very small, smaller than a dog kennel. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist me. The location was perfect, right at the heart of downtown Christchurch. However, the dining options were not the best, with limited choices and slightly expensive meals.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location was convenient with good parking options but the room was small and stuffy. The service was friendly but had some issues with the booking process. The dining experience had its ups and downs. The facilities were decent overall.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms, although small, were well-equipped and met our needs perfectly, offering good value for money. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff guiding us on exploring the city. The location was superb, right in the heart of Christchurch. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value for the price paid.
The hotel offers lovely rooms with provided amenities like shampoo and shower gel, though they may feel a bit small if you're moving around quickly. It's a perfect place to unwind after a busy day at a workshop.
The hotel felt rather like being in an airline cabin with no window, which made me feel a bit claustrophobic, but it had everything I needed for resting after a long day. The rooms were clean, spacious, and came with a nice en suite bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing me to repack my bag after checkout. However, during peak periods, they were just polite and not very welcoming. The location was great for exploring Christchurch City, very central and convenient. The dining experience was lovely with a nice hot selection, although some dishes were a bit greasy and tasteless. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel's location is very convenient, close to downtown and within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms, though small, were tidy and practical. The service was friendly and supportive. The dining experience had a good variety but fell short on some quality aspects. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is suitable for work travelers.
